Originally from New Jersey, I am proud of my Puerto Rican heritage and deeply connected to the Hispanic community I serve. I have been with the firm for about four years, specializing in the Personal Injury department, where I provide thoughtful guidance and advice with a detail-oriented and client-focused approach. Iris is a fierce advocate when dealing with insurance adjusters, ensuring no detail is overlooked and that clients receive the treatment and compensation they deserve. Always accessible and happy to answer questions, Iris makes it a priority that clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout every step of their case. My dedication has led to a leadership role over the past year and a half.
